As for shipping costs, as we have loads of different products from different sizes and weight, the shipping costs also differ. Please add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout to see the exact shipping costs you'd have to pay for your specific order. 

Our made-to-order model means items could be prepared and shipped from different manufacturing locations, so they may arrive separately.

Please understand that our products cannot be returned or exchanged. Each item is produced on demand specifically for you and crafted in your country using local manufacturing facilities. This allows us to provide quicker shipping, avoid import taxes, and support local economies, all while reducing our carbon footprint.

However, due to the localized nature of our production, we do not have facilities in every country to process returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and support of our commitment to localized manufacturing and sustainable practices.

This policy does not apply to defective items. If, for some reason, you receive a faulty product, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.
