Your order should be shipped within 1-2 working days.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Here are the current estimated delivery times:
Domestic orders (Germany) / 1-3 working days
EU orders / 3-10 working days
UK orders / 5-10 working days
Rest of the world / 5-15 working days
International shipping does not include any customs duties or import taxes.
- How much is shipping?
As we have loads of different products from different sizes and weight (from small cards to vases), the shipping costs also differ. Please add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout to see the exact shipping costs you'd have to pay for your specific order.
- Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide (excluding P.O. Boxes).
- Where can I find my invoice?
We do not print out invoices. After your package has been shipped, we will send you a message with the invoice in PDF format.
- How to care for your jewellery pieces?
The majority of our pieces are gold-plated, meaning they are finished with a layer of gold over brass or sterling silver. This gold layer may naturally and gradually wear off with time, but to ensure your pieces stay as pristine for as long as possible, avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, saltwater, chlorine and similar. We’d also recommend taking off the jewellery before showering, doing sports and sleeping.
- Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return your item(s), you can do it within 14 days of receipt (as long as the items are returned in new, unused condition). Contact us at email@example.com and we’ll let you know how to proceed. We do not offer return labels, so the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Please understand that wall art, mugs and t-shirts can't be returned, as those are produced on demand just for you.
