  • Can I change my order?

We start working on your order right away, which means it's pretty difficult to make any changes after you place the order.  But please contact us as soon as possible (hey@girlgang.shop), so we can see what we can do!

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

We start working on your order right away, which means we can't really cancel the order after it is placed. It would be a waste of product and time spent working on it, so please make sure you're 100% set on the product when purchasing it.

 

  • Where do you ship from?

We have shipping facilities in the EU, UK, US, and Canada. When you place an order, we match it with the closest available shipping location to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

However, because we manage inventory across multiple locations, some items may be shipped from a different facility if stock is limited at your nearest location. In rare cases, this may also mean that your order arrives in multiple shipments - but don't worry, you'll receive tracking info for each package if applicable!

 

  • How long until my order gets shipped?

We produce every product on demand just for you, so orders normally ship within 1-5 business days after purchase.


 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Here are the current estimated shipping times:

✦ US 3-5 business days
✦ Rest of the world 5-15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. While we do our best to ensure your package arrives quickly, once it's with the postal service, delivery is out of our hands and delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping times begin after you receive your shipping confirmation email, not at the time of placing your order. All orders require 1–5 business days for production before they are shipped. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details, and that's when the shipping timeframe starts.

International shipping does not include customs duties or import taxes. However, 99% of our customers never face import fees, as most products are prepared and shipped from within the same region as the customer.

 

  • How much is shipping?

As we have loads of different products from different sizes and weight, the shipping costs also differ. Please add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout to see the exact shipping costs you'd have to pay for your specific order.  

 

  • How do I find my size (apparel)?

Finding your size for our t-shirts and sweatshirts depends on the fit you prefer. We recommend measuring one of your favorite tees or sweaters and matching those measurements with our sizing charts, available in both cm and inches in the product pictures. This ensures the closest fit to your preference!

 

  • Where do you ship? 

We ship worldwide (excluding P.O. Boxes).

 

  • Where can I find my invoice?

We do not print out invoices. You'll receive a receipt via e-mail, and if you need an invoice with address, VAT etc (when applicable), please contact us with your order number as well as all the details you want featured on the invoice ( hey@girlgang.shop). 

 

  • Can I return my order?

We produce each item on demand, specifically for you, using local manufacturing facilities in your country or nearby. This approach allows us to provide faster shipping, avoid import taxes, and support local economies while reducing our carbon footprint.

Because of this localized production model, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
