Ho, ho, ho, and happy holidays, dear shoppers! The festive season is upon us, and to help your gifts land under the tree faster than Santa on Christmas Eve, we’ve put together some jolly important ordering deadlines.

These dates are guidelines rather than guarantees - delivery can vary depending on things like customs, postal delays, weather, and general holiday chaos. If you’d like the best chance of receiving your goodies by December 24th, we recommend ordering by:

★ December 4th – Australia & New Zealand; All other countries that not below

★ December 11th – United States, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, France, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal (and other EU countries)

★ December 15th – United Kingdom

Ordering after these dates?
No need to fret - your parcel may still arrive by the 24th, but it’s no longer something the elves can promise. Many late orders do make it in time, but it’s all down to the magic of the postal system. So proceed at your own risk ♥

Important: Please Double-Check Your Address Before Ordering!
If the postal service cannot deliver your order (incorrect address, missing details, unreachable phone number, etc.), the parcel will be sent back to us, and we can only reship it after it reaches us back (which is most probably after the holidays). All our items are embroidered or printed especially for you, which means we can’t simply create a brand-new replacement if your parcel gets returned. A tiny typo can cause a big delay - so please double-check everything before placing your order!
