Every single order is lovingly packed by Lucy (me!) in the girlgangshop studio in Berlin (excluding wall art, mugs and t-shirts, as those are produced on demand locally to you). Your order should be shipped within 1-2 working days after your purchase.

Here are the current estimated shipping times:

✦ EU 3-10 working days

✦ UK 5-10 working days

✦ Rest of the world 7-15 working days

As for shipping costs, as we have loads of different products from different sizes and weight (from small cards to vases), the shipping costs also differ. Please add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout to see the exact shipping costs you'd have to pay for your specific order. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return your item(s), you can do it within 14 days of receipt (as long as the items are returned in new, unopened and unused condition).

We do not offer return labels, so the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Please understand that wall art, mugs and t-shirts can't be returned, as those are produced on demand just for you.
